Welcome to the official Web site home for Forty-Under-40, the premier program honoring the best young leaders in the Phoenix metro market.
This year we are celebrating our 10th year of the program and its long run proves its value to our readers, community and to those who are honored each year. It’s a fixture on the Valley’s business calendar.
Our alumni roster of 360 people is an impressive list, indeed. It includes some of the brightest and best leaders in our community. I invite you to browse around our site to see the names. You’ll be impressed.
Each class features a diverse collection of business, community, government and non-profit leaders who have achieved impressive milestones in their businesses and careers and have made significant contributions to the Valley’s overall quality of life.
This Web site is intended to do two primary things.
One is to serve as an ongoing link to our alumni. We offer networking reunions together, which we do several times a year. And we offer a way to help alumni stay in touch with each other.
Two is to provide exposure for potential candidates for future classes and to give them easy access to the nomination forms required to get the process started. You will see links on this page for all of those functions.
If you want to join this incredible base of distinguished young leaders and are under 40 years old, I encourage you to nominate yourself. Or if you know someone who deserves recognition, you can do the nominating. Either way is fine.
The Phoenix Business Journal is proud to enter its 10th year of Forty-Under-40 award recipients, and we invite you to get connected and to get involved.
Sincerely,

Don Henninger
